The 263d AAMDC FRG Coordinator reports to the 263d AAMDC Commander .

 

There is no strict "chain of command" or hierarchy.

 

Levels are established for coordination and assistance, and under the direction of the Commander.

 

The 263d AAMDC receives command support.
Demonstrated through word and deed that family readiness is a cornerstone of the overall command readiness effort.
Staff similarly support family readiness initiatives by incorporating family readiness considerations into their general planning.

 

The 263d AAMDC FRG Coordinator works as a team with G-1, S-1s, Chaplain, JAG, and other military personnel as necessary, with coordination of these leaders being a combat multiplier enhancing the capabilities and morale of the organization.
