263d AAMDC FRG Coordinator reports to the 263d AAMDC Commander .
•Levels
are established for coordination and assistance, and under the
direction of the Commander.
–Demonstrated
through word and deed that family readiness is a cornerstone of the
overall command readiness effort.
–Staff
similarly support family readiness initiatives by incorporating
family readiness considerations into their general planning.
•The
263d AAMDC FRG Coordinator works as a team with G-1, S-1s, Chaplain,
JAG, and other military personnel as necessary, with coordination of
these leaders being a combat multiplier enhancing the capabilities
and morale of the organization.
