The 263rdĀ AAMDC FRG ensures total force family readiness by mobilizing units, soldiers, families,Ā communities, and state and national assets to improve the readiness posture of South Carolina National GuardĀ families.

ā€¢The 263d AAMDC FRG Coordinator works as a team with G-1, S-1s, Chaplain, JAG, and other military personnel as necessary, with coordination of these leaders being a combat multiplier enhancing the capabilities and morale of the organization.

263d AAMDC FRG goals are intermediate steps to ensuring self-reliant military families.

Spouses and dependants informed of and enrolled into state and federal benefit systems.
Trained in readiness of legal and personal affairs.
Networked with other ADA families for support to one another in times of emergencies

263d AAMDC FRG goals also concentrate on achieving higher strength and morale.

Through activities, education and support.
Enabling families and soldiers to identify positively with their National Guard experience.

263d AAMDC FRG goals include increasing community awareness of the SCARNG mission.

263d AAMDC FRG will help integrate the goals of the soldier, the family, the employer and the National Guard for long-term success.
